Challenges & Learnings
The primary challenges were on the distribution side, specifically navigating the Google Play Console's closed testing requirements. The app needed continuous testing by at least 12 people for 14 days. Because some testers were inactive, the testing phase had to be extended for another 14 days, resulting in a 28-day testing period before launch. The major learning from this experience: build in public. It is crucial to share the development process openly and actively invite real users to engage with the application and provide feedback.
